Greg has been in public accounting since 1980 and founded Wilson & Associates, CPAs in 1983. His experience includes Preparation of Complex Tax Returns including Partnership, Corporation, Estate, and Fiduciary; Certified Audits of 401(k), Mortgage Broker/FHA, HUD Real Estate Projects, and various Non-Profit groups; and Management advisory services.

Greg leverages tax strategies to promote business and personal tax planning to help his clients achieve their goals.

Greg graduated from Cal-State University Northridge in 1978 with a degree in Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Government Audit Quality Center, and the California Society of CPAs.

Dana Liu is an Audit Manager with over 15 years of public accounting experience, delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a diverse client base. Since joining Wilson & Associates, CPAs in 2013, Dana has built deep expertise in audits of HUD multifamily housing projects, FHA lenders, employee benefit plans (401(k)), and nonprofit organizations.

Dana leads audit engagements from planning through completion, working closely with clients to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with complex regulatory and reporting requirements. She is known for her practical approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients navigate audits with confidence.

Dana graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 with a Master of Science in Accountancy and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys hiking with her husband and daughter.

Sandra has been with Wilson & Associates since 2020, bringing over 12 years of accounting experience. She is a detail-oriented professional specializing in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, billing, and general accounting operations.

With a strong foundation in office administration, Sandra ensures accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day operations. Highly organized and reliable, she thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities with precision.

Sandra earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in 2004.

Renee graduated from San Diego State University in 2021 with a Master of Business Administration.

Renee is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.

Dustin brings over 20 years of experience supporting professional services firms with secure, reliable, and compliant technology solutions. At Wilson & Associates, he focuses on strengthening IT infrastructure, safeguarding sensitive tax and financial data, and ensuring systems support efficient client service.

His expertise includes:

• Cybersecurity and data protection for tax and financial environments
• Regulatory and compliance support, including PCI and SOC controls
• Microsoft 365 administration and secure cloud solutions
• IT operations, system reliability, and business continuity

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and maintains multiple industry certifications. He works closely with firm leadership to align technology with compliance requirements and the firm’s operational goals.

Angela has been with Wilson & Associates, CPAs since 2020, where she specializes in auditing HUD multifamily housing projects, FHA lenders, and employee benefit plans.

Angela is a CPA with 20+ years in accounting, financial reporting, audit, and compliance. She has held leadership roles including Director of Financial Reporting, Controller and SOX Compliance Manager. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and known for a hands-on management style, strong communication, and deep technical expertise across a variety of industries.

Minjung joined Wilson & Associates, CPAs in 2024 and is a CPA candidate.

Her experience includes:

• Conduct compilations, reviews, and audits of HUD multifamily housing projects and FHA lenders
• Prepare tax returns and projections for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates
• Provide other accounting services, including bookkeeping for non-attest clients

Minjung graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2020 with a Master of Business Administration and followed with a Master of Accountancy from National University in 2021. 

Minjung is fluent in Korean.

Iris joined Wilson & Associates, CPAs in 2024 and is a member of the California Society of CPAs.

Her experience includes:

• Tax preparation for Individual, Partnership, Corporation, Trust, and Non-Profit Organization.
